College GameDay’s production crew finally arrived in Pullman this Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. ending a tedious 2,000 mile drive from Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Washington State alumni and students gathered by the masses greeting the truck convoy all the way from the highway to just outside Martin Stadium right in the heart of campus. A scene no video can fully do justice, I think we got darn close.
“This is a once in a lifetime opportunity,” countless students said before admitting they’re skipping out on class.
Starting at 11 a.m., the proudful crowd slowly began lining Stadium Way. Not a soul left early, and not a single one dared to complain about the 2 hour delay.
Where does this rank all-time on GameDay’s first impressions list? No one can know for sure, but I’d unequivocally put Wazzu in the running.
